Being established in 1990, SCHÄFER a SÝKORA s.r.o. (l.l.c.) company has - over the years - built a solid position on the car parts market. The Company is currently one of the top suppliers of spare parts for trucks, commercial and trailers of foreign brands. In 2002, the Company achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certification, it is member of Car Repair Shop Association of the Czech Republic, and of OEC, i.e. the District Economic Chamber in Děčín.
The portfolio of products offered by the Company features brands of world-renowned companies - all of top quality and of cutting edge technical standard - distributing their products to both the independent spare parts market, and to OEM. By principle, involved are manufacturers with long-time tradition and expertise, supported in terms of quality and services provided by leading experts and advanced technology.
The Logistic Centre of the Company stretching on an area of 3,423 square meters, offering more than 30,000 items, is situated in the North of Bohemia, in a town called Rumburk. As a way of improving the quality of provided services and speeding up the distribution process, sales branches have been set up within respective regions of the Czech Republic; those operatively dispose of their own stock and respond flexibly to any change in the area of transport.
Through our teams of professionally trained staff, the Company provides a reliable service & professional approach to business partners, particularly in areas such as professional consultancy over relevant products, novelties, retail promotion events, and changes within the Company. Throughout the year, specialist technical and professional training events are hosted in the presence of experts from foreign vendor companies.
In terms of capacity, all these activities would no longer be feasible if it was not for an expansion. As a way to maintain the quality of provided services, all Company activities and the product portfolio have been logged in a new software (information) system developed by the Company in an effort to enhance customer satisfaction. The System monitors all processes plus the portfolio, and subsequently assesses all inputs with the aim to improve Company activities, make future planning more accurate, and conduct estimates in the development of both the market change and future demand.
